Dining Room at The Ritz-Carlton Chicago Hotel is considered one of the best restaurant in Chicago and for good reason. Everything on the menu is delicious. House specialties include melt in your mouth smoked sturgeon mousseline with orange salad, sweet red onion and crunchy cucumber relish and rabbit-stuffed handmade ravioli glazed with a piquant shallot-mustard-tarragon sauce. Vegetarians fear not, there is even a seven course selections. The atmosphere is unparallel and the service is always prompt and friendly. The Ritz-Carlton Chicago Hotel is out of this world.				$40 - $100 Per Person
